By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms.

💳 2. Orders & Payments

All orders — physical or digital — are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in USD (or local currency if available).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• We accept secure payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other verified gateways.

Orders for digital embroidery files are delivered automatically after successful payment. For physical products, your order will enter our made-to-order production queue.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

🧵 3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All embroidered apparel is made to order and created specifically for each customer.
Please double-check design, size, color, and personalization details before confirming your order — once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Because each product is individually crafted, slight variations in embroidery placement, color tone, or thread texture may occur — these are normal characteristics of handmade embroidery and not considered defects.

💾 4. Digital Embroidery Files

When purchasing digital embroidery files from Emroya:

• You will receive an instant download link after payment is confirmed.

• No physical item will be shipped.

• Files are provided in standard embroidery formats (DST, PES, EXP, VP3, etc.).

• All digital designs are for personal or limited small business use unless otherwise stated.

• You may not resell, share, or distribute our files digitally or physically.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final. Refunds are only available in case of file corruption or technical issues verified by our team.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, or external shipping delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather, or pandemics).

🔁 6. Returns & Refunds

For physical embroidered products:
Because each piece is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item, size, or embroidery design was sent

Contact us at support@emroya.com within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

For digital embroidery files:
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the file is proven defective or cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue.

We do not share or sell customer information to third parties for marketing purposes.
