At Emroya, every embroidered piece and digital file is made with care and attention to detail. We want you to enjoy a smooth, reliable shopping experience from start to finish — whether you’re ordering a handmade embroidered sweatshirt or downloading a digital embroidery design.


🧵 Shipping Information (for physical products)

Processing Time
All apparel items are handmade and embroidered to order. Please allow:

  • 2–4 business days for standard embroidery designs

  • 5–7 business days for custom or personalized orders

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

(Please note: Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance or local postal delays.)

Shipping Partners
We ship with trusted global carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping during promotional periods.


💾 Digital Embroidery Files

Digital embroidery designs are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a secure download link via email and on your order confirmation page.

  • No physical product will be shipped for digital items.

  • Your files will be available for immediate download in formats such as DST, PES, EXP, VP3, and more.

  • Download links never expire and can be re-accessed through your Emroya account.


💌 Order Tracking

Once your physical order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can check your order status at any time using the provided link.

For digital files, you’ll receive instant access and do not need tracking — delivery is automatic.

If you haven’t received your tracking or download email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@emroya.com.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

For embroidered apparel:
Because all Emroya products are custom-made and embroidered to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product, size, or design was received

In these rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to verify the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.

For digital embroidery files:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the file is proven defective or corrupted, in which case we will provide a replacement or alternative download.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom embroidered items

  • Items damaged due to incorrect washing or handling

  • Digital embroidery files (once downloaded)

  • Sale or clearance items


💸 Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

For digital products, refunds are only processed in exceptional cases (e.g., file errors, duplicate payments).
